Freelance Expert IBM EGC IKC Ref. 005806

We are seeking a highly skilled Freelance IT Consultant with expertise in IBM EGC (Enterprise Generation Control) and IKC (IBM Knowledge Center) for a 6-month mission. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the integration, configuration, and maintenance of IBM solutions to meet business needs.

• Duration: 6 months,
• Location: Casablanca / Rabat
• Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize IBM EGC and IKC tools to enhance data flow and information processes.
• Ensure the integration of data solutions that improve data quality and customer data integration.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in using and managing IBM EGC and IKC tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing data processes.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with various teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
